Products and Services Offered by Families Helping Families Region 7: Families Helping Families Region 7 provides free services to individuals with disabilities or special health care needs and their families. Our offerings include: *One-on-One Support & Information – Personalized assistance on disability-related topics, including education, healthcare, and accessing community resources. *Educational Trainings & Webinars – Over 30 workshops annually on topics like special education rights, IEPs, transition planning, and advocacy. *Outreach & Community Engagement – Participation in health fairs, school events, and community programs to raise awareness and connect families to services. *Resource Referrals – Guidance on available local, regional, and statewide services for families, including EarlySteps, Medicaid, and more. *Peer-to-Peer Support – Families supporting families through shared experiences, mentorship, and understanding. *CYSHCN Program Support – Specialized support for families of children and youth with special health care needs. All services are provided at no cost and are designed to empower families to make informed decisions and advocate effectively.
